Tired legs for the #treforest10k yesterday. Was sore in about 7 places before the start! As a result time wasn't good but at least I worked quite hard and was able to push on reasonably well in the last k. 46:57 is significantly slower than last year, which is obviously a little frustrating. Nothing imminent comming ip now, alyhough from not wanting to go near one, I'm enjoying the races again.
