A modern au Merlin BBC fic where Arthur is magically turned into a dog. Merlin calls him king. I believe merlin is like a mechanic of some sort in this.

I rember it being a reasonable length and overall a really engaging read. Plsss anyone lemme know if you remember what it was called!

I think Merlin as a character started out so pure, let’s bring justice and peace to those with magic because it’s good and right and fair.

And then he falls in love with Arthur and slowly and then all at once it’s, everyone can fucking burn as long as Arthur is alive.

And it’s absolutely fantastic.
