Behance Network
The Behance Network is a pretty amazing website were artists, graphic designers, and otherwise talented people can showcase their work. Under "Philosophy" they explain why they decided to create this website: "Great ideas are conceived and subsequently lost in the hands of creative geniuses, everyday. Frustration, rationalization, and despondence loom as creative people jump from idea, to idea, to idea... and fall short of actually making ideas happen. It is a shame that most creative breakthroughs never materialize." Behance studies talented and creative people and teams; their work and the method they achieved their results through. They then showcase these works for everyone to browse and enjoy. This is an amazing resource when you're struggling to get inspired. You can see the amazing things other people are doing and learn from them. Check it out http://www.behance.net/

But it's also worth noting that with him comes a whole package: Michelle Obama will be one of the most stylish First Ladies to move to the White House in recent history. She was even in Vanity Fair's International Best Dressed List this year. I guess we all have something to look forward to (and look at) for the next 4 years. Update: People are already talking about it: http://thecaucus.blogs.nytimes.com/2008/11/05/that-dress-everyone-has-an-opinion/

Because you gotta let your clothes do the talking! With calls to a cause or just a cheeky quip, these looks will spell it out loud and clear :-
1)Bleached and acid – washed jeans are back and calling for a classic white shirt or tee. It’s the chicest combination for a casual evening.
2)Wear your slogan tee with a pencil skirt or leather pants and take it out for a cocktail hour.

I'm pretty sure I have coined the term "Tampala"
Meaning "TARDIS" + "Impala" I'm so proud ;)
I don't even want my hair pink anymore because this chick was telling everyone how she likes my hair so much that she's gonna get her damn weave pink and brown now. God dammit, I did pink because no one else was doing it in my stupid school. Atleast my hair is 100% real hair grown from my own scalp, I guess...
