I just started to research another waterfall that I visited. This one isn't within "Waterfall Country", but miles and miles away on the west coast of Wales. The waterfall pours off the cliff and into the sea when the tide is in (which it was when I was there - otherwise I would have walked, well ran, under it). This one was actually shown to me online by a mutual last year, so if you're reading this somehow (she deleted a month ago), thank you! 💙 So yesterday I researched a waterfall that's story featured a king that had TWENTY FOUR daughters, today, on immediately looking up Tresaith's folklore: "Saith is the Welsh word for seven and according to legend, an ancient Irish king set his seven troublesome daughters adrift in a boat. Landing on the Ceredigion coast, they met and fell in love with seven local farmers and no doubt lived happily ever after… their landing point in Ceredigion, according to the legends was Tresaith - the Place of Seven"

I know, I know.. I've posted about perfect beaches in Wales about 352 times already but look! A beach with its own waterfall! Sooo incredibly lovely & we had the bay to ourselves for a couple of hours..
