CBS Ghosts 5x15? Live Reaction
It's Thursday again!
Trevor/Bela- sexy text message
Bit open ended, but hope you like it!
***
Now that Bela is a more permanent member of the mansion, there’s a part of Trevor that wonders if he should reach out to her again. It’s not like he hasn’t overheard her asking about him to Jay and Sam… and she’s not exactly into Eric – he knows she’s been lying to Jay about still being with him.
So… she’s technically single and so is he so…
Decided, he logs onto his chat app that he uses outside of work hours (which he has connected to Sam’s phone and she seems rather oblivious, too), and pulls up Bela’s number.
What are you doing, hot stuff?
There’s a burst of laughter from the next room.
A second later, a message appears.
That’s your opening line? Cute.
Trevor hums. He doesn’t want to be laughed at, he wanted to be sexy.
I was going for sexy.
And you failed.
Let’s try again. … guess what I’m not wearing right now?
Another burst of laughing. “That’s more sexy coming from a woman!”
Rude.
She’s not wrong though.
Maybe you should tell me what you’re wearing, then?
Can’t you literally see me? I imagine you’re in the room with me.
Actually, I’m in the pantry.
Why?
It’s where my work laptop is.
Work laptop?
Not important – you’re ruining this sexting thing.
That’s because you’re bad at it.
At this point, Bela enters the pantry and closes the door.
“Are we alone?”
Yes.
“Then, let me show you what sexting really is.”
He grins with she slowly unbuttons her shirt.
“You see when you sext, it’s more like … I’ve been dreaming about your hands on me all day… and then a picture of exactly where you want them to touch,” she says as she massages her bare breasts.
Fuck. Bela, that’s … wow.
“That’s it – that’s the reaction. Now, you try,” Bela says, lifting herself onto the counter next to his laptop. Her legs falling open, but her hands still on her breasts.
The way I wish I wasn’t a ghost right now… I wish I could be the one touching you. Using my magic fingers to make you feel like you’re on top of the world.
“God, Trevor,” Bela nearly moans.
He reaches out, barely away from touching her, but knowing he couldn’t.
Before she says anything else or anything else could happen, the door opens and Sam yells, “Oh, my God. Trevor!”
“Don’t blame him,” Bela jumps in quickly pulling her shirt back on. “It’s not like this is one-sided.”
“It should be no sided! You’re not a ghost and he’s not alive!”
“Hey, that’s not fair! Hetty got to date to Sunil!” Trevor states. “And she’s a ghost and he’s alive.”
“It was – not our finest decision –”
“Wait, Sunil gets to date a ghost, but I can’t? How’s that fair?” Bela asks, affronted. “I tried to date a ghost, first!”
Trevor gestures at her. “See! And she didn’t freak out when she found I was a ghost like he did.”
Sam makes a face. “Ghosts and livings cannot date.”
“Sure, we can.”
“You can’t even see him!”
“I can talk to him,” Bela counters. “We were just sexting and I am very experienced with toys…”
Sam turns bright red. “You know what? Date a ghost, have fun, but neither of you better tell me anything else – I don’t want to know.”
“Done.”
Sam turns to leave the pantry, but stops at the door, “And don’t tell Jay.”
“Never planned on it.”
“Good.”
She leaves and Bela smiles at him as she locks the door. “Now where were we…”
We know that Stephanie and Trevor are the same age and we know that Trevor and David Woodstone are roughly the same age. Which means that David Woodstone may have known Stephanie depending on their school situation. Since she was on the way to prom, we can probably assume that her school was nearby, anyway.
So imagine being David Woodstone, age 17 ish and having the memories of your prom ruined because some girl got murdered in your driveway.
And on the flipside, you're 17 years old and freshly dead but you're stuck on the property of some guy you go to school with. Maybe you knew each other, maybe you didn't. Maybe you share mutual friends. But at least there's some comfort in having someone your own age around...until he isn't.
You watch him grow up and do all the things you never got to do. He goes away to college, gets a job and you're still there, 17.
And we don't know, I don't think, when Trevor first met David. Maybe they met in college. Maybe David would invite him to his parents' house for wild college parties. 19....20, 21. That's not too far from 17 (in a 17 year old's eyes). Maybe when Stephanie first saw Trevor, it wasn't a huge age gap.
But he got older, too, until he didn't.
