STEPH. I JUST HAD A REALIZATION. When Sherlock says that it’s ‘all a magic trick’, it seems like at first he’s referring to his abilities, but. He’s referring to the fall. It’s a trick. A fake. He’s not actually dead.

Yep, exactly Nonny!! <3 And I think John read it the same way we did too, which is why he never could accept that Sherlock died... but I think Mary came along and he just... felt he had to move on (or she convinced him that he needed to because – my belief – she knew Sherlock was on his way back and she needed to manipulate John before he returned).

But yeah, Sherlock is TRYING to convince John, but I think he lowkey was trying to subtly tell John “please wait for me. Please have faith in me. please don’t leave me. Please be here when I return.” Ugh, my heart aches whenever I think of the rooftop. *sobs*

Hey Steph! This is random, but is there a way for me to find the most crack-y theories of how Moriarty survived on the roof of Bart's hospital and how he's been managing off the grid since s2?

Ah, good question, I have no idea, since I pretty much believe Moriarty died on that rooftop, LOL. I’ll post this, see if anyone knows where we can read some theories! The only theories I have read have Moriarty surviving because Mary was a sniper who “shot” him from afar.
