Overall 7/10. One of those few Edlund episodes that I liked. Still not a fan of Cas' plot in this one and i would have rather they focused on Sam's deteriorating health. Could have lived without fake-y Sam and Dean but at least Kevin was a complete badass

This is the third woman that Sam loved who died if you don't consider Ruby and Lilith as loose love interests

Overall 6/10. It has some really good stuff like curing demon ritual, Crowley being a bitch but there's also a lot of lore that probably wasn't thought through like the ones I mentioned above

Shitty that when I searched gifs for this episode, plenty came up for cas.. that right there is the unnecessary glorification of this insignificant character

Oh and i loved the whole bathing scene too. At first I wasn't sure how they were gonna do it but that's great

Sam's attitude in this entire episode is bloody fantastic

But i hate that Dean doesn't return the trust and respect that Sam has for him

ohh Sam does hurt scenes so much better

Overall 10/10. Loved the stakes. The writing was much better as compared to all of S7 and beginning of S8. Loved putting Sam in the center of things (finally!). His attitude as i said whether towards Kevin, trials or Dean was wonderful. I loved the twist on who made the deal and how the narrative of trials switched
