In Mountain of Faith, if you stay on the SE Volume option, it will keep repeating the sound. In ver. 0.01, the speed at which it was repeating was very fast. The speed was lowered in ver. 0.02a.

In the trial versions of Mountain of Faith, the bullets are not cleared when the timer reaches zero during the midboss spellcards. This has been changed in the full version.

In Mountain of Faith stage 3, there are some small fairies who come from the side, stop a bit and then shoot. In the trial versions their bullets are pointy and yellow, but in the full version their bullets are round and blue.

Characters’ descriptions from Mountain of Faith can be found in キャラ説明.txt from the trial version and キャラ設定.txt from the full version.

Nitori’s description seems to have the most changes. Firstly, the Japanese version of the name was written without a space in the trial version file.

trial: 河城にとり（かわしろ　にとり）

full: 河城　にとり（かわしろ　にとり）

Secondly, there were some modifications in a paragraph:

trial: 山には入ろうとしていた霊夢達を追い返そうとしていたのだが、

full: 山に入ろうとしていた霊夢達を追い返そうとしていたのだが、

trial: それだけ山が緊急事態だと判断したからである。

full: それは山が緊急事態だった為、人間には危険だと判断した為である。

Last but not least, the full version description has more text at the end:

結局、霊夢達は警告を聞き入れようとしなかった為、にとりはこっそ

山の奥へ入らせることにした。どうせなら謎の神様に会わせてみよ うと思ったのだ。

すったもんだの騒動の結果、結局河童は新しく来た山の神を受け入れ る事になった。

Minoriko Aki did not have her name written in the trial version file, but it was added in the full version one. Also, there seems to be a change in one of the symbols from the description:

trial: １面中ボスの静葉の姉である。

full: １面中ボスの静葉の妹である。

The tree leaves from stage 2 of Mountain of Faith became blurrier in the full version.

Mountain of Faith has no grazing meter. In ver. 0.01a if you tried to graze something, you would get no graze sound or effect around your hitbox, as expected. However, in ver. 0.02a there is a sound when you graze and you can see some small “sparkles” around your hitbox but there is no meter on screen to monitor it.
