dualism? you’re not dreaming big enough. dualism permits binary comparisons like precedence and dominance. trialism can support those, sure, but it also allows relations of three arguments, such as rochambo symmetries- which, I think we can all agree, is an infinitely more satisfying take on the concept of dominance. to demonstrate we allow the trinary division of reality into Reason, Creativity, and Matter, related by a symmetric (but crucially non-transitive) operation * such that * (RM or MR) yields R, *(MC or CM) yields M, and *(CR or RC) yields C. this started out as a shitpost but I’m starting to warm to it as an analytical framework
