It’s an age-old question; where are we going to eat tonight? This quest becomes even more imperative when one is traveling, wanting to ensure each meal is a memorable experience. Usually we ask a friend for their recommendations. But what if you could see your friends’ recommendations, check out chef’s favorite restaurants and map everything out while accessing information on different restaurants all at the same time? Thanks to local entrepreneur Steve Mangano’s new restaurant app, CurEat, now you can.
CurEat – the innovative new national restaurant app designed to help residents and travelers discover a great place to dine and drink – became available in the iTunes App Store in January 2017 provides trustworthy, curated lists of award-winning, independent and time-honored restaurants in over 60 cities across the United States, and empowers users to create and share their own lists.
With the creation of CurEat, the nation’s newest restaurant app, triangle local, Steve Mangano fuses his love for culinary with his entrepreneurial spirit. Mangano, who received a degree in hospitality management from Florida International University and an MBA from University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, has a hospitality background with Hilton Hotels in Miami, NYC and the greater New York area. He is most recently responsible for urban revitalization projects in Durham, including partnering to bring the award winning boutique hotel, 21c Museum Hotel to Durham, NC as well as Pullen Park Café in Pullen Park, Raleigh.
