Facebook tossed up this memory from nine years ago. It appeared in the local paper and I think @tetsukothaiboxfit and I were promoting our club's big contingent in the Pink Triathlon for breast cancer support. 🌸 (Aside: I wasn't an AEP back then so today I immediately noticed my anterior pelvic tilt lol.
