1 hour 8 minute 17 mile bike (15 mph average)

1 minute 38 second transition 2

30 minute 3 mile run (9:43 mph average)

Total Time: 1 hour 51 minutes

Place: 45 in the womens short course (out of 59)

I definitely didn't set any course records. But I felt like it was a solid performance for my first time out. There are things to work on for sure. But I wanted the event to be fun... and challenging. I walked away pretty proud of myself... and I might be signing up for another sprint in September right here in Baraboo!
