We all have preferences when it comes to our practices. I personally LOVE being out in nature and being able to practice my asanas to the heartbeat of the forest. Especially before a hike. I have taught classes set to classical, kirtan, singing bowls, rock, house, and worship. Today I’m sharing two of my favorite playlists for my christian yogi crowd.
Nothing is as uplifting as watching my students stop for moments of prayer or even to sing out with worship.
Yoga isn’t about bending and folding in an acrobatic pretzel defying gravity. It’s deeper than that. Have you ever dropped a pebble in the ocean? It seems bottomless. Deep. That’s Yoga friends. You start on a path that is truly bottomless. What you seek is up to you and the music is merely a soundtrack to a few precious moments of your day.
