The offices of the Triborough Authority are located in a space between boroughs - on Randall's Island, inside the Robert Moses Building.
Seal of the Triborough Bridge and Tunnel Authority - the central organization in Robert Moses' empire that existed in a space between public and private, harnessing the advantages of each. The TBTA collected tolls, issued bonds and built many projects beyond the bridge it is named after.
