Does anyone have any tips for redirecting trichotillomania? I’ve tried the bead picky pads already and they are unhelpful, but maybe the ones with the hair-like plastic inside would help?

That BFRB feel when you WANT to get treatment, but the only 3 therapists in your state listed on the tlc website are 1-2 hours away
a little help
okay this is less of a feel, more of help but when I was pulling out my eyelashes/eyebrows when trying to cut back on picking, I started used black castor oil on them. it really helps bc it's slippy enough that you can't get ahold of the hair and pull and it has been known to help hair grown back faster and healthier!! just a little tip that might help someone dealing with that, I get how embarrassing it is to have to go out without eyebrows/eyelashes :^( trich
that bfrb feel when people ask why there's so much hair in your trash
That bfrb feel when you definitely need therapy or something to help you, but your last therapist didn’t even know what trich was, let alone how to help you, and the only person in your state who treats BFRBs is like 90 minutes or more away from you and isn’t even on the bfrb.org list anymore.
When you finally have almost full eyelashes, just in time for a big family event. :D
That bfrb feel when you start picking when you try to stop pulling and start pulling when you try to stop picking.
That bfrb feel when all of your eyelashes are gone but you still pull at the stubs until your lids are red and irritated.
