Gemini, The Twins, an Air Sign, Mercury, a mutable sign with a great skill in communication.

Lex grew up hearing all these things about her astrology sign, and most would hinge on the fact that she, a twin, would be born under the sign of the twins, and she would always be quick to correct them on the fact that she was born on the cusp of Taurus and Gemini. Her brother was quick enough to land on the Taurus side of things while she fell on the next day, in the next sign, and always on the other side of things.

She grew up clever and mercurial, but not as clever as her brother. She grew up with a twin, but lost him. She always wished she could one day fly, but oxygen chokes. Even the spring -- even the season of their birth -- has come to feel so shivery and cold, and communication?

Lex learned to say just the right thing as a young girl, and she still does, but sometimes she feels stuck on the other side, and no amount of screaming or shouting or flailing fists does her any good.

You can’t communicate when you’re the only one left...

Which is all to say that the stars and astrology and fate and destiny don’t mean a damn thing because it’s all so wrong.

#BOYGANG - interdisciplinary friendgroup [ 1/4 ]

As the Sun was dancing on the lake, there was only so much we could take. So, we left it all to happen, left it all to chance, with a passion that they could not shake.

Meet #BOYGANG, probably the most annoying yet hilarious group of upperclassmen on campus. Currently, the only member is Adakias, my third-year natural student with a plant manipulation concentration. There aren’t a lot of rules or roles set up for this group, since I do love giving people as much agency as possible, but there are a few minor stipulations!

#BOYGANG is here for a good time, not a long time. They’re the ones partying until 2AM on finals week with absolutely zero remorse. Why? Because you can retake a test, but you can’t relive a party.

They should be upperclassmen-- so no first years. Sorry, youngins. We don’t write the rules, we just enforce them. We also don’t follow them. It’s a complicated moral code, don’t ask too many questions.

If more than one of them walks into a room, they are probably shouting “BOYGANG” as they do so. You’ve got to throw what you know, you know?

All lowkey softies with varied emotional issues that they try really hard to deal with, but end up ignoring in favor of pulling a prank on the underclassmen in their dorms. They’ve been there for each other when it counted, though.
