“And this is why its so hard to take them both out on a date at the same time.”

Providing for your people is dependent on your skill set. Obi had a vast and varied one even if he wasn’t too particularly great at anything. But, his semblance and his stealth were two of his biggest assets so, a bit of stealing is what he could do. On his own Robin Hood like act for people who were starving who were sick, he would do what he had to. A few times were easy, but people were catching onto his schemes of piggybacking on other people acquiring the goods. But he was sure he could pull his trick a few more tries. Following a truck to it’s stopping point Obi let his semblance pool in a thick fog and mist in the area, to give him the obscuration he needed.
‘Okay, move in quickly, get what you can take, and go.’ He thought to himself as he dropped down, sensing a few figures trying to figure out what was happening before he moved in, quietly opening the door and grabbing a few things, food and medicine primarily. Just time to leave, but as he turned around and let his senses go again only to see someone who had found him out, a taller confident looking woman with her arms folded.
“I’m sure you’ve heard this a great many times but, this isn’t what it looks like?” Obi was weighing his options, he had enough aura for one blood manipulation but not in a way that he could get away clean. Had to try and talk this way out of it. “Or would you accept, I need these more than you?”

“Please spare me the sanctimonious lecture. I have no interest in your high moral ground,”
@trickshottruths sent: “ you’ve got quite the fighting spirit in you there, i have to say. ”
Clover raises an eyebrow at the huntress. He’s smiling at her, but it’s with wonder if she meant those words genuinely or if she’s taunting him. Clover couldn’t tell from her smile. Instead, he places a hand on his hip and will play nice for now.
“I couldn’t have done it without your help. Thank you, by the way.” He removes his hand from his hip and he extends to her for a friendly shake, smile turning warmer.
“Name’s Clover. Special Operative. Nice to meet you…?”
@trickshottruths continued from here:
May smiled a little. Even though Robyn had declined her offer, it was clear to her that it had meant something to know that she was willing. “I don’t doubt that you are, but I just thought that with your whole political career on the rise, you wouldn’t want to draw negative attention to yourself by kicking his ass.”

The eyes that peaked out from under the hood were a deep violet, not silver, and the situations were wildly different, but Qrow couldn’t help but feel almost nostalgic. The feeling was gone almost as soon as it came. Robyn was too much of her own person for the shades of Summer to do much more than remind him of the past.
Qrow’s grin softened when she asked her question, and he swept the woman in a gentle embrace. “Of course, Spitfire,” he said in a low, amused rumble. Her pouting lips looked so kissable, but Robyn had been so vulnerable today that kissing them now, without her express consent, seemed like it was taking advantage of something.
Instead, he kissed the top of her head. When they turned to leave, Qrow kept a loose, protective arm around her shoulders. Riling her up and teasing could wait for later. Perhaps the next morning.
“And he says I’m the poetic one.”
