Darcy leaned against the wall of the school, a cigarette in between her fingers and she was still on the look out just in case. she had just started smoking recently but she didn't want to get caught, if they told her parents she was so dead!

upon hearing someone coming though she tossed the cigarette down and stomped it out quickly before hiding the lighter in her bra and the package in her sweatshirt pocket taking a sip of her drink in an attempt to get rid of the alcohol smell on her breath a bit nervously as she tried to look as casual as she could

Not a Perfect Soldier [Closed]

It was weird to think that Loki was his soulmate. He was still trying to get use to it, but oddly enough it was working. He couldn't really explain why or how. But it was. It had been a couple of months now since they had found each other. The pair had agreed on living together to help make things easier for the two of them. Steve had to admit, he was enjoying having somebody to live with, somebody to talk to. Plus movie nights were always his favorite. Complete with cuddles and extra candy. If Steve was going to be completely honest, things could have never been better. 

Unfortunately, that would mean that Steve's life was nearly perfect. Asgard forbid that would actually happen. If it wasn't something, it was something else. Steve was noticing that something was happening to him. He was changing. At first he thought he was just having an off day here and there, but it was starting to happen more frequently. He had already noticed that he was an inch shorter than what he was last month. That wasn't possible. It couldn't be. Steve refused to accept the fact that the serum could be running out. That it wasn't indeed permanent. 

He shrugged those thoughts out of his head as he unlocked the door to his and Loki's flat. He placed the bag on the floor, and headed toward the kitchen. "Loki?" he called out, wondering if the God was home or if he was out doing whatever. 

Steve pulled one of the vitamin waters out of the fridge and took a drink of it. He leaned up against the counter as he let the thoughts creep back into his mind. He wondered if Loki had noticed anything, and he wondered how long this was going to last. The thought of the serum fading scared him to death. How could he be Captain America if he five foot something and only weighed 90 pounds. There was nothing good about that Steve, and it scared him to think that Loki might have to see him like that.

Steve had no idea why Thor had decided to bring Loki along for Thanksgiving, but he did. It didn’t particularly sit well with the Captain, but Thor was the one who kept reminding  him that Jane told him that the midgardian tradition was to celebrate with family. Unfortunately that meant Loki was tagging along. Steve wasn’t going to tell Thor no, so he would put up with it. It was only one day. As long as Loki did nothing to harm the turkey then he think, he would be able to get out of this alive, or without strangling Loki through the dinner table. 

>Steve was in charge of making the dressing. He was using a special recipe that his mother had once used. At least he would be able to contribute at least one holiday tradition. Steve was busy toasting the bread in the kitchen when he heard guests arrive. It was nearly impossible to not hear Thor’s booming voice. Great that meant Loki had arrived too. Hopefully he could keep his temper down and prevent himself from going Captain Hulk on him. 

Steve would greet Thor in a bit when he was free. He saw Loki enter the kitchen but chose to ignore him. Hello Captain. The God of Mischief whispered, the smirk clear as day upon his face. Steve turned around to make sure Loki understood no funny business, when his wrist gave a small beep. He looked at Loki, calm but also threatening. “Do not  play tricks with me today. I’m not in the mood Loki.”

They needed to tent the flat, they had told him. There were termites, that was their excuse. "Termites my arse." Jormungandr had grumbled to himself, swinging a leg over his bike. "More like best fuckin' excuse they can shit out on a moment's notice to try 'n ransack my place." He complained, voice drowned out by the loud roar of his motorcycle, censoring the swears that followed his complaints. As of late, his landlady had become curious as to how he was paying his rent without having a job or family. He had rejected advances from her, and was positive this sudden need to tent the building for 'termites' was simply an excuse to sneak into his flat. Or perhaps, this was all in his head, as most of his distrust for humans was.

At some point, while half lost in thought, he found himself in London, only focused enough on the road to notice traffic lights and signs and avoid colliding with other vehicles. Thankfully there hadn't been much traffic, and while it had been over an hour since he began riding, it somehow wasn't enough to burn out his anger. Which in turn, kept too much of his focus off the road, causing him to collide with a pedestrian crossing the street.

He immediately stopped, cutting the motor and kicking down the kickstand before quickly getting down from his bike. "Shit. You're not dead are you?" Jormungandr spoke in a rather rushed voice as he removed his helmet, kneeling next to the poor man he had just hit.
