Ingredients: 2 cups butterscotch pudding. 1 cup spice cake, crumbled. 1 cup whipped cream. 1/2 cup butterscotch sauce. 1/4 cup chopped nuts e.g., pecans or walnuts. 1/4 cup toffee bits.
Instructions: In a glass or trifle dish, put some crumbled spice cake on the bottom. Put a lot of butterscotch pudding on top of the cake layer. Put some whipped cream on top of the pudding. Spread the butterscotch sauce on top of the layer of whipped cream. Add chopped nuts and toffee pieces on top of the sauce. Put another layer on top of the last one until the dish is full. Finish with a dollop of whipped cream. Add more nuts and toffee bits as a garnish if you want to. Put it in the fridge for at least two hours before you serve it. Enjoy! Serve cold.
