I've never realized how much I longed for love until I lost it .

And now that grief is spiraling into faith and worship .

I hold the books of my source close to my chest and run my fingers along the faux leather cover, affection I can only give to the collection of our memories, and not you .

I stare longingly at any glimpse of you I happen to find . Hands clasped together as I pray for your safety, your happiness .

I'm an idiot for ever thinking I deserved the love of an Angel . An Angel far too good for any humans . And yet that Angel still protects the sickest and most disgusting of humanity with such love .

It's almost sickening how much of a hypocrite you are, Vash .

You're selfish and yet your ideals are selfless .

It's nothing short of idiotic .

But dear God .. I still love you so much anyway .
