» Peter Parker It was days like this that Trinity wished she never even bothered anymore. She was nervous just like every other time she had attempted to steal something. The lights in the store were continuously dimming and brightening and she knew it was because of her. It was always because of her. She could see the owner of the store trying to figure out what was going on with the lights and failing to find the problem. He didn’t realise that the problem wasn’t electrical, but human. Although it wasn’t as if she was going to tell him that. She thought of herself as freak as it is, she didn’t need someone else to see that as well. Pulling the hood up a bit further, the female began looking over the several different types of sealed food. At least with the ‘electrical problems’ the owner was distracted and his attention wasn’t fully on the few customers that were within the walls. She had managed to come across a sandwich which would no doubt die down the hunger for a while or so. It was just getting it out of shop without being stopped that was the problem. Curse the sandwich section to be near the back of the store. Trinity glanced up a few times at the owner and the other customers before shoving the sandwich into the baggy pockets of her hoodie. Unfortunately she had chosen the wrong moment to do so considering that one of the shop assistants that came out from the back had grabbed a hold of her. In utter pain and fright, the bulbs burst, shattering glass across the shop. As the shop assistant ducked to protect himself, Trinity took her chance in running. As soon as she got out of the store, she speed up a bit and made her way into the numerous alleyways that were spread around the area. Stopping and leaning against the concrete wall, Trinity took several deep breathes into to try and get her heart rate back to the correct speed. It never occurred to her if anyone had seen her leave the shop or the fact that the owner was yelling down the street. The sooner she had left that store the better. Although she had come across her powers years ago, she was still trying to get them under control and it was harder than she thought. Bringing her hand out of her pocket, she glazed down at it for a couple of seconds, watching the blue electrical ball within her palm. This was something no normal person should be able to do and yet she could. A ‘freak of nature’ so she had been told by her family, people that no longer wanted anything to do with her.
