Yes, the book on Amazon is official! I’m not sure if it’s still in stock or what the shipping logistics would be for locations outside of Japan. You can, however, buy the ebook for Kindle or for Kindle Cloud Reader (a browser-based reading platform you can use if you don’t have a Kindle).
