Summery decadence. Triple Creme and fresh strawberries. This cheese is named after the father of modern cooking, Brillat Savarin. The man said "Dessert without cheese is like a beauty with one eye." Not sure about the one-eyed beauty comment (it was 19th century France), but do agree that cheese is a must!
