It’s such a part of my everyday life that I forget to talk about it here. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I have invisible illness - autoimmune, neuropathy, mobility issues, chronic pain and more. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I shared photos of my busy fun day, and now I’m sharing how I recover. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I had an amazing time yesterday working from the office instead of at home, and attending the @ubykate event last night. Plus enjoying some treats like a good old pub schnitty, and the most amazing party cupcakes ever! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ But today I was sore and tired and in recovery mode. But still needed to get shiz done. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ My solution is always #TripleCStyle therapy!
