・・・ #BNMMEDIApresents #KNOWêtre these poems are based on a numerological convention designed to limit the length of the poem(s). 1 could consider it an exercise in practicing being concise, yet as coherent as possible in conveying the intended concept/idea. the importance of editing in writing was impressed upon me in HS sometime around 10th grade or so. i had an English instructor name Ms. Master who told me i could not write. the reality beyond her opinion was that my writings were not organized well & my skills in being concise were relatively nonexistent. fortunately i did not listen to her & began writing lyrics about 2 years later. a year after that i began writing poetry. i haven't really stopped either since. knowêtre is generally 7, 9, &/or 11 word poems expressing some point. some of them are metaphysical. some of them are just whatever they are. the word knowêtre is English & French slangulated into 1 word that actually rhymes w/poetry. i rarely write rhyming poetry at all. know is clear, i think. for those unfamiliar w/French être is the verb to be. that is why we are here: to be. to know to be. why French? because i studied it for approximately 7 years in grade school & HS, but i still don't speak the language. 😛😊 ▪ the hashtag is the best way to find them. a solid number of them are already up on @instagram & there may be some on @facebook. hopefully they are found to be useful. most thankhs for your eye/mind time if you've actually read this far.
