Not sure if you're still answering questions here, but I figure I'll give it a shot. I'm trying to find where to go next to get missions but nowhere seems to have any. I'm tamer level 33 and my highest level Digimon is 41. I've done everything available in DATS Dungeon B1, Western Area Village to Ruined Historic, Glacier Area and Oil Refinery (except defeating SaberLeomon). There are some silver quests in Dark Tower Area and Silver Lake that I can't get yet... Do I just need to level up more?

Level your monster to 44 to get the Silver Lake quests. I believe Dark Tower will give quests in the 44-46 range as well
