Getting ready for Ireland 2016
Trip Prep
58 days until our Ireland Trip!
Its been years since I last been to Europe. For the most part I’ve only visited eastern Europe, so this will be somewhat of a new experience. I’m not to concerned about all of the walking that we will need to do. I did plenty of that in my previous tips “across the pond”.
The thing that concerns me the most is the drinking culture that they have in Ireland. I personally don’t drink at all. Not because of any moral objection to drinking mind you. I simply hate the taste of alcohol.
Prep for the Ireland Trip:
My Prep work for the trip is going well. I have bought all new travel gear and feel as if i will be prepared for to go to Ireland. I feel confident that the trip will go well and have a great time. Have no concerns that anything will go wrong.
Prepping for Ireland
After having gone to France and Germany last year I am ready to try out Ireland. I have already started my prep for this trip in the form of extra walking where possible and purchasing some new luggage to replace the luggage that was falling apart from last year.
I have also purchased some packing cubes that seem like they will be useful for quickly packing and unpacking my bag throughout our stops and keeping things organized. I think this will also help me to keep organized before the trip and make my packing easier.
The long night
Resetting my circadian rhythm the hard way: late night packing and video games! The next time I plan on sleeping is on the bus to O’Hare.
