My brief clustered popping itinerary
Sunday night: majority on animation, control, then hitting drills.
Monday: majority on hitting drills and team effort, then exercise through animation and control. CARDIO.
Tuesday: majority on bottom work and team effort. Side practice with hitting, animation control, and then dancing. Ending my night with a upper body workout.
Wed: mainly focusing on battle character and bottoms, then topping off with hitting while adding all together. Side will be cardio. Animation/control.
Thursday: main focus will be TEAM EFFORT AND HOLDING BATTLE CHARACTERISTICS. Then top off with putting my focuses with the addition of BURNS. Siding with animation, hitting drills, bottoms, and angles. Ending the day with an upper body workout.
Friday: I call my free movement day where I do as I feel. CARDIO
Saturday: mains are angles, hits, and bottoms. Sides are briefly going over fundamental timing, dimes, workout.
Sunday: free movement day+ get ready to go back to college.
