Rejected Bad: Triumphantly
The following is a rejected script from an early season of Breaking Bad.
INT. JESSE'S HOUSE - LIVING ROOM - DAY
Jesse, a former methamphetamine manufacturer, is sitting on the couch, his loyal Samoyed, Meth Head, lying beside him.
JESSE: Alright, Meth Head! Time to hit the streets for our next deal.
Meth Head jumps up excitedly, wagging his tail.
INT. JESSE'S CAR - DAY
Jesse and Meth Head are driving through the city. Jesse nervously looks at Meth Head beside him.
JESSE: Alright, Meth Head, remember the plan. We meet these guys, do the deal, and then we're outta there. No funny stuff.
Meth Head barks in agreement, clearly understanding Jesse's concern.
EXT. ABANDONED WAREHOUSE - DAY
Jesse and Meth Head arrive at their destination. They enter the dimly lit warehouse, filled with suspicious-looking individuals.
Jesse exchanges brief glances with the DEALERS, Meth Head by his side.
INT. ABANDONED WAREHOUSE - CONTINUOUS
Jesse approaches the dealers, cautious but confident. He hands over a bag containing illegal substances.
DEALER #1: (rudely) Better be good, Pinkman. We don't like surprises.
Jesse glares at the dealer, his guard up.
JESSE: You'll see, man. No surprises here.
DEALER #2: (nervously) Hold up! Something doesn't feel right.
A tense silence fills the room as everyone's attention shifts towards Jesse and Meth Head.
JESSE: What the hell are you talking about?
Dealer #2 reaches into his waistband, revealing a GUN. Panic fills the air.
METH HEAD growls, sensing the danger.
METH HEAD (V.O.): (Malevolent) Nobody messes with my boy, Jesse!
Meth Head lunges at Dealer #2, savagely dismembering him. Chaos ensues as the other dealers attempt to defend themselves.
Jesse, frozen in disbelief, falls to the ground, narrowly avoiding gunfire.
METH HEAD: (IN THOUGHT, triumphant) I woofed, nobody messes with my boy, Jesse!
Meth Head grabs Jesse's arm and pulls him toward safety, growling fiercely at any remaining threats.
INT. JESSE'S CAR - LATER
Jesse sits in the driver's seat, shaken by what just occurred. Meth Head sits in the passenger seat, panting heavily.
JESSE: (whispering) Thanks, Meth Head. You… you saved my life back there.
METH HEAD: Woof!
Meth Head licks Jesse's face as if reassuring him. Jesse leans in and hugs his loyal companion.
JESSE: You're the best damn dog, Meth Head. I owe you Taco Bell big time.
Meth Head wags his tail, content with knowing he protected his beloved owner.
FADE OUT.

Op-Ed: President-elect Biden must steer clear of the WHO
As early as Jan. 14 of last year, the WHO triumphantly tweeted to its roughly 8.8 million followers, “Preliminary investigations conducted by the Chinese authorities have found no clear evidence of human-to-human transmission of the novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) identified in Wuhan, China.” The world is slowly approaching a full year of coronavirus lockdowns. The pandemic and the crushing…

Seeing so much in the world I wish to change, & especially including within myself .... feeling very little desire to add beauty to such a dismal world thru art so I've recently began practicing some things to help me grow physically and mentally to meet more of life's challenges. #myhandwasmadestrongbythehandofthealmighty #triumphantly #generatingenergy through #generations
