Wow... for your information I actually can gif. Not the best at it but just wait till I have time to improve it and I will have so many awesome scenes with the 4th season of PLL to practice on!

But if you're asking... YES I AM SO JELLY because I know I will never ever gif like Marta because she's the queen of gifs.
