There is a group called the “County Citizens Defending Freedom” who are going county to county around Florida trying to destroy students access to diverse reading materials. They are trying to ban books around schools (specifically books with LGBT themes or about African American characters) and this awful group has even been buying billboard spaces to try and get more people onto their cause
I know the internet is amazing at coming together to take down these types of organizations. How can a person get a group like this taken down? They are asking for volunteers to email and call, how can someone get the wrath of the web to break their phone and email lines? I’m begging you all, please help to stop these book banning assholes before it gets further than it already has
