I imagine the only reason the agents knew about her being... This. Was because Agent Derp just happened to find her file when they managed to capture the girl (Which for some reason... The TCF literally tried to make it so Agents who knew her didn't go and capture her-- *THAT DIDN'T WORK OUT DID IT?*)
How she got like this you may ask? Let's just say... She was sent on a Solo mission and never came back.

(Some angst I thought, something to mention is Mr. T sees Star almost like a daughter. So the fact she's in this state of panic breaks his heart, as for GF.. GF left to the TCF due to the fact she couldn't handle seeing her in that state. Backup came soon after this interaction:( )
Starlight: "MR T!! MR TROLO!!"
Mr. Trololo: "who on earth is this?.."
[ Starlight takes a step forward but Mr. Trololo takes a step back, he didn't want to let his guard down. ]
Mr. Trololo: "You don't look like my Star.."
Starlight: "I-I AM, I AM!"
Starlight: "PLEASE BELIEVE ME!"
[ Starlight grabs Mr. Trololo's arm sleeve and he slightly jumps up startled. ]
Starlight: "I AM STAR!!"
Mr. Trololo: "oh I don't know..."
Starlight: "SOMETHING HAS HAPPY TO ME!-"
[ Starlight let's go of Mr. Trololo and stares at her hands which are white with black at the tips. ]
Starlight: "WHY DO I LOOK SO DIFFERENT?!?.."
Mr. Trololo: "now please calm down.."
Starlight: "I DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED BUT I AM ME!! HONESTLY I AM!!"
[ Starlight sinks to the floor sobbing ]
Starlight: "MR. T PLEASE BELIEVE ME!!"
Starlight: "I AM STAR!!"
[ Mr. T takes a step away from Starlight while she's sobbing . It broke his heart seeing her like this, Her tail tries to grab Mr. T's leg and he ends up falling on the ground, he puts his hands behind him. ]
Starlight: "YOU DO KNOW IT'S ME! YOU MUST!!-"
Starlight: "You can't forget your little star.."
Starlight: "Please Papa please..."
(What makes this worse was one of Stars fears was not being recognized as a friend or family... Basically? Being forgotten is one of her fears .... And Legion used that against her.)
Agent Fiona: *Slams head on desk*
Agent Willow: .
Agent Willow: You good?..
Agent Fiona: NO! I haven't even gotten Beige to eat ANYTHING!
Agent Willow: to be fair... After [UNKNOWN INCIDENT] I would be pretty shaken up too, Especially when she was probably if not the closest out to Star.
Agent Fiona: Yea!- but-- still! -
Agent Fiona: She was OUR friend too! All of us are grieving what happened to her!
Agent Willow: but like I said... Those two were close and I don't blame Agent Beige for her reaction...
Agent Willow: Legion just took Star and... I don't even know what he did to her. And made it so the agency said SHE had to be contained.
Agent Fiona: *Sigh..*
Agent Fiona: Maybe Derp can talk to her?-- Clearly I don't think I might be doing this right.
