thinking about trolls pokemon au for the past few days...of course i gotta think of pokemon teams for whatever thing im into atm

[Poppy]

I'm thinking her dad is the head of the town she lives in as well as the gym leader of it. She looooves pokemon so much and has lived a pretty carefree life up until Peppy wants her to take over the gym and leadership of the village. She ends up going on a journey to get stronger/see the world before she fully replaces her dads positions.

Skitty

Probably a pokemon that was caught by Viva and later given to Poppy before Viva left on her own journey to become champion. I can see Poppy babying it a lot, causing it to not evolve for awhile because how lax life is in the village. Also picking this because of Perky (Poppys pet from Trollstopia) and because she also really loved the Swampkins in TBGO.

Audino

It's a kind pokemon that can understand what other people/pokemon are feeling so I think it'd be a good match for Poppy whos pretty kind-hearted and empathetic.

Sylveon

Catches it as an Eevee and it later evolves due to the friendship that formers between it and Poppy!

Tinkatink

Poppy catches it immediately due to it being a small, cute, pink thing. Also that's a BABY!!! Picking this one for Poppy because of how similar it looks to her trollself as well as how daring Tinkaton is even if it's adorable and short.

Jigglypuff

Both Poppy and Jigglypuff are cute pink thangs that like to sing. I also feel like Poppy could be one of the few that can handle it's lullabies (maybe by putting gumdrops in her ears) and would do duets with it for fun.

Chansey

Both are willing to help others in need--it's a good fit for Poppy!

Well, finally time to come to terms with the fact that I’ll never finish Digimon Eden, since I haven’t worked on it for about three years..! BUT, I did finish everyone’s evolines back when I worked on it, and well, I want to finally show them, even if the art on some of them is a bit, well, old.

Trollmon’s Perfect form is Hrimthurmon, a frost giant digimon, though he still only has physical attacks. And, unsurprisingly, Digimon Eden was going to have Biomerging as a mechanic for Ultimate evolutions. So Luke and Trollmon’s Ultimate form is Fafnirmon, a Dark Knight with dragon motifs and some darkness-based attacks. I always had it in mind that there would also be a Fafnirmon Dragon Mode or something, a more beast dragon esque Fafnirmon which would be Trollmon’s regular Ultimate form, but I never designed him since he wasn’t going to show up in Eden. Maybe I’ll design him at some point.

"Elfmon" and Trollmon and "BabyElfmon" and Brouniemon chilling out! .w. Yeaaaaaah I still have no actual names for the elf digimon because I try not to work on their evoline before I have my other digimon lines... Like I still haven't managed to post Vanilmon's Adult and Perfect stages anywhere even if they're not spoilerific anyway anymore. I will tackle that project at some point!

I don't know if this is Eden's Trollmon or JustATrollmon, because Eden's Trollmon only has perfect brotherhood going on with Linnomon, of course.

Trollmon doodles! Yes, I've decided to go with Trollmon, it's short and nice and it fits.

Koboldmon is Trollmon's adult form, big guy. Trollmon's line all in all isn't really elementally gifted, but hif forms are packed with physical strength. Trollmon's baby form is a fluffy little cat monkey troll thing.

I wanted to get rid of Trollmon's headband thing because IMO it made him look too much like a monkey and like a Naruto. So here he is without the headband. I like the forward-facing hair more. I hope he doesn't look too boring now without the headband...

Trollmon's evoline: ??? -> ??? -> Trollmon -> Koboldmon -> Jotunmon -> ???
