Do you think about Able and the life he had? He's old, as a program can be and the pitch Bible leaks confirm he was one of the earliest programs Flynn wrote. So Able has been in the Grid since the beginning. He likely helped build her cities, build what it is. He knew Tron and is therefore one of his oldest friends. And he definitely knew Clu as well and worked under his administration.

Able has seen it all. He's the reminder of the past. And he was the program Tron and Beck had known the longest since the Grid's beginning. And then he's gone and they weren't even there for him.

I wish Tron and Beck had talked about Able to each other. They both lost a constant presence in their lives.

I don’t remember the in-show context but I just had the most upsetting thought about Able giving Tron’s bike back

Able: You know, I’m not *quite* so mad at Tron anymore. I'm feeling generous today. So I guess he can finally have this bike back. I’ve always felt a bit weird having this antique one of a kind bike, I’m just an old mechanic I’m not sure I deserve it. And it’s a reminder of home, he’ll probably like it

Tron: I gave Able that bike because we met from Able fixing it, and Able fixed it so many times over the cycles and he would always talk about how much he liked it, so I decided to let him have it- I’ve got other bikes. But Able doesn’t want it anymore which must mean we’re over for real this time
