♦:Relationship with your Muse: As the closest thing left to this system’s rightful administrator, Jet’s willing to work with you to try and rebuild, and to get you in contact with Ma3a to establish formal diplomatic ties. However, he is keeping an eye on you to see if you’re going to serve your fellow Programs or if there’s potential for abuse of power. (The latter is a non issue at the moment. They’re just two guys in a tank with a few big ideas). Personally, you remind him of the guy his godfather used to be; the person who helped him set up his first computer, had sleepovers at the arcade, grumbled under his breath frequently that “no mistaking you for anyone other than Lora’s kid,” taught him his first lessons in coding, and in why a human should treat Programs and their world with respect and responsibility. He wondered what happened to that guy, only that he’s disgusted with the way your User has left a trail of ruined lives in his wake. ✫:Why you began RPing: I’ve done a fair amount of RPing on Dreamwidth and LJ as part of DC Nation (a DCU based game with its own continuity, running for 10+ years now) with three characters; Connor Hawke (Green Arrow II), Starfire, and an OC named Fauna (similar abilities to Beast Boy). Nation doesn’t work like any other game, I found out.
Anyway, the main reason I RP this guy? He’s been exiled from continuity and never interacted with any canonical characters other than his dad. And that’s too bad, since he’s a one-man deconstructor fleet on the franchise in some regards. I wanted to run some tests to see how he would work with those canonical characters. So far, askbeckandpaige has been the biggest and most delightful surprise. I figured Jet and Beck would get along (if for no other reason than comparing notes about the less-flattering similarities between Tron and Alan), but the post-Legacy Paige has been an unexpected delight. alwaysyori has proven what I suspected - Jet and Yori are going to get along just fine, albeit with slight misunderstanding. And tronlives1982 has proven, amusingly, another suspicion; Tron and Jet are just going to confuse each other; Tron seeks a deity and Jet’s looking for a brother. Neither one can give the other what they want, and that’s sad, but understandable.
