"We've taken Argon. It's only a matter of time before this...imposter gives way."
The program standing beside Tesler paused, then turned. "That's good, but...what makes you so certain he is an impostor?"
Tesler cocked his head. "Is that a hypothetical? You killed Tron."
Clu's eyes were heavy lidded. "I destroyed him."
"Good." Tesler smiled slowly. "This...impostor is a nuisance, at best. Nothing will come of it."
Clu nodded slowly. "You're sure your subordinates are capable of handling him? Even though he isn't Tron, he's still...problematic."
"You doubt my judgement?" Tesler's circuits brightened though his expression didn't reflect the anger.
Clu clasped his shoulder, the thrum of his rising energy tingling under his fingers. "Not at all, I'm merely...concerned. You know what she's capable of."
"She's mine," Tesler hissed, fists clenching as the glow of his circuitry grew brighter still. "I made her what she is. She's loyal to me."
Clu squeezed his shoulder tightly once, then released him and turned away. "I'm glad to hear it, my friend."
Tesler's eyes were narrow when he looked back. "Let me know if I can assist, though. I'd be happy to end Tron twice."
