I’ve been trying to figure out why Eva listed Tronte as Regina’s father in her family tree, and the only conclusion I can come to is that Alt Claudia wrongly believed it was him.
I’ve seen it suggested that Adam’s World Claudia lied to Eva about who the father was when she went undercover. But even if she traveled back to before the family tree was finished and told Eva the wrong information, Alt Claudia would have had to believe it was Tronte for the tree to remain unchanged.
After all, it’s right there on the floor of Erit Lux HQ and in the triquetra notebook, which Alt Claudia personally delivers to her other self. If Alt Claudia knew Regina’s father was really Bernd, wouldn’t she have pointed that out to Eva?
Unless Alt Claudia had her own secret agenda that we don’t know about, it seems like she believed Tronte was Regina’s father. Which is very different from Adam’s World Claudia, who is so sure it’s Bernd that her entire plan basically hinges on it.
This also might explain why Alt Claudia is more willing to go along with Eva’s plan to keep the knot intact — she thinks Regina's existence depends on it.
