I've posted my first fanfic <3 it's Trount for Ace Combat 7. It'll be a slow burn through the game, as I wanted to write Triggers thoughts and feelings on what happens during missions, as well as establishing the rivals to lovers. Only one chapter is posted so far, it will be updated regularly.

So I finished Ace Combat 7 a few days ago and I just need to get this out real quick:

Count how dare you start out as a total prick and then actually make me tear up by the end wtf. Absolute MVP, how dare he turn out so incredibly loyal

Also I need him and Trigger to make out I'm sorry but with the restored dialogue modded back in, and even without it ngl, there is SOMETHING fruity going on there, I know it

i love count so much. when i thought he was going to die i had to pause the game and calm down (before dying x5 in the tunnel i hate tunnel missions)

it’s funny because i don’t super ship trount

i might just have to replay it but 1—trigger is just a silent protagonist i accidentally forgot to build a character in my mind for so they literally don’t exist, and 2—i literally think project wingman and ac0 broke something in my brain because i can’t ship anything that isn’t covered in blood anymore 🥲 if i sat down to think about it though I’m sure its actually messed up enough for me to enjoy though—trigger’s a certified menace and count is obsessed with them. slap a dog metaphor on it and i’m sold

actually yknow what i change my mind i also need them to make out

i haven’t heard of the restored dialogue but i’m on the second dlc mission
