From the perspective of a random Osean citizen in Ace Combat 7, the Lighthouse War would be like if a Red Dawn style invasion happened while Lee Harvey Oswald was on trial for killing John F. Kennedy, and Oswald got conscripted in a penal battalion, became a war hero for playing a critical role in stopping the invasion, and stopped Skynet to boot.

I've posted my first fanfic <3 it's Trount for Ace Combat 7. It'll be a slow burn through the game, as I wanted to write Triggers thoughts and feelings on what happens during missions, as well as establishing the rivals to lovers. Only one chapter is posted so far, it will be updated regularly.

I'm writing fanfic for Ace Combat 7 (specifically Trigger x Count cause I really like wingman ships) and its kinda spiraled into me writing the Spare and Strider missions with Triggers thoughts and then ship sprinkled in 🧍‍♂️ might post it on ao3 if there's any fans of ac7 or trount out there, who knows. I'm newer to the games <3
