A few…very headcanon references for the Rhythm Spirits… is this really like an AU for them? They just have a slightly special role in my oc sky lore and I never wrote them more detailed than a couple of facts, but because of the lightmending season, I remembered my old love for spirits and all sorts of things, and finally, after a couple of years, I made a design for them in my storyline… It's not really about spirits at all, it's very much for the OSes, but the Rhythm group was very lucky lol… its also lucky for me that the next season is just the Rhythm - Carnival season… In fact, my fixation with the Rhythm Troupe is really turning the screws in my head right now ToT The only thing I really don't like is my design for Admiring Actor. The others came to me with more ease than this one, but never mind…maybe I'll redo it later.

CHAPTER 8 IS FINALLY OUT YESYESYESSSS

i'll still do a second reread tonight but i do have to ask!!! what do the rest of the rhythm and performance crew look like during the radiance trip? do they get their in-game outfits thru this modelling event or do they get completely different costumes from radiance guide?

So the Rhythm crew looks pretty close to what they do in game. Aside from the masks I’d say the only major difference is that Adoring Actor wears a dress a decent amount of the time, mostly cause she comes across as the “Hey I like your dress.” “Thanks it has pockets.” *spins* type of character which is honestly so valid of her. Other than that the only major difference is they all have masks closer to Rhythm’s cause that seems to be a standard “default” mask. They will get their masks during this story though.

Thoughtful Director looks exactly as he does in game but he’s also 10-15 years older than any of the mother characters and is no longer a “starving artist” (not that he’s rich by any means).

As for the performance crew, they’re also a little closer to “default game outfits”. Modest Dancer has a similar outfit in game but her and Storyteller will both be getting their in-game outfits through this event as well as Mellow Musician getting his scarf.

Performance and Stagehand? That one is a surprise : ). Though aside from Performance that little group already has all their penguin masks. Stagehand is very bundled cause I imagine he’s probably used to warmer weather than Valley but he doesn’t have is iconic cat robe yet.

Troupe Greeter

Troupe Greeter, from the Season of Rhythm, rests near the middle of Isle, near the Passage Stone.

Upon reliving their memory, you follow them on a long trek across Isle toward the Temple. Before entering, they stop to check something in the boats outside the temple doors.

Once you both enter, the Greeter gestures as if to welcome you in.
