I started drawing this before the season aired, but um… well…. To be more precise, a lot of other work piled up, and I was forced to put it on hold for at least a month and a half. :( Because of this, it feels like I cut corners a bit to finish it as soon as I had time, but oh well, I'm just glad to let go of the work and continue drawing….

A reference to the poster for the movie The Greatest Showman!!! I really love that movie, I had to draw something like that, hehe.

Most of the Rhythm members met in their youth while working together at a massive wandering carnival, with the exceptions of the Respectful Pianist and the Troupe Greeter, who joined after carnival disbanded.

The Rhythm Guide, in particular, ended up at the carnival after their twin rivalry with the Performance Guide hit a breaking point. So they chose to run away and go on a journey of self-discovery.

They explored many sides of art and performance, found a supportive friend group of their own, and realized their identity didn’t have to revolve around having a twin.

Meanwhile in our curent timeline, Rythm spirits found a massive boat and decided to bring some of that old artistic glory back to the post-apocalyptic kingdom.

I spent all week on this! Now I can finally draw something else, LOL.

For those who lack context, Admiring Actor visited during Days of Rainbow 2021. Since thrillseeker was the rainbow guide (cough gay cough) the two of them were shipped together. After that, thrillseeker was shipped more heavily with jellyfish whisperer because they hosted DoR together. For AA to return at this time again... well that would be quite the shock, wouldn't it? No one really wants to meet their ex's new partner. So I wanted to explore how that would feel for both of them.
