When you live with Small Creatures and you take a nap, and you wake up with one of them curled up on top of you, this restores, on average, 50 hp
Although it does vary tremendously depending on the type of Small Creatures in your home. This phenomenon may be less restorative to bug or arachnid lovers. Or not, idk, I'm not judging.
Amphibians and reptiles could go either way. For fish I assume this would be quite distressing.
