Had some actual concrete ideas for my Trucker Wizard concept and wanted to redesign the two characters for it and actually give them a proper (if sketchy) turn around~ Haven’t designed the truck yet, cuz that takes actual research about Semis that I don’t have time for tonight~

If you’re lookin for cool semi trucks look up Peterbilt (not peterbuilt), they’re on of the original semi truck brands that are still around today. People will customize them and have car shows/parades too. Donut Media has a good vid on them

I swear, writing/planning stories is so weird. Get some random idea and suddenly you’re neck deep learning about stuff you’d never even considered looking at before lol. Thankfully I’m a sucker for research~

I love your trucker wizards! When it come to researching trucks, have you ever seen Dekotora? The insane Japanese customized semi-trucks, with more chrome, neon lights, and airbrushed art than you can shake a stick at! The spin-off Dekochari bicycles are also amazing. I'm just saying...

Glad you like’em! And unfortunately I know jack all about semis (or vehicles in general if I’m being honest!) so I hadn’t heard of Dekotora before, but looking at them now and dang, that’s some super crazy stuff! Definitely great for inspiration for what a wizard might do to their truck (Though if I trick it out THAT much I might go insane drawing it repeatedly lol). Thanks!
