Morning: Creatine(tasteless)I mix with 64oz of water or homemade iced tea. This helps with muscle recovery, and defines your muscle shape quicker. 2. Afternoon: Ergonine: supports lean muscle mass 3. Preworkout: Alphamine: this stuff works amazing. I dont get the itch that most products do! Its truly amazing. Some pair this product with high volume but I dont. I personally dont need it to give me a pump.. All of these flavors are honestly SO DAMN GOOD!!!! 4. BCAA: this helps with muscle recovery SO MUCH!!!! I never wake up in pain anymore even when I PR.
