it was nearly 7 years ago, when i saw you on the first day of 9th grade PE and we were both wearing Ed Hardy slip on shoes #True90sKids, i knew right then we were going to be friends. lo-and-behold here we are the peak of adulthood and still slaying the game (in better shoes now). Whether we are listening to records in your room, jamming out to tunes in your car, killing the game at concerts, or sitting at starbucks for several hours and having deep talks about life, i always feel lucky to call you my best friend. You are a kind and beautiful soul Mel and I’m so proud of all the things you’ve accomplished, but it’s not going to stop now as it’s only going to get better and bigger for you, so happy 21st birthday dude! can’t wait ‘till we’re in our late 30’s sipping on cocktails and driving out matching G-Wagons, love you!! x
