he feels like a teenager, sneaking a girl in past curfew and hoping his parents ( or god forbid, his sisters ) don't hear. soap is meticulous and careful in the route he chooses for them - no cameras, minimal interference, fastest route to his space in the barracks. it's not much, but it's at the very least private, even if he does share a wall with gaz.

" aye, " he's grinning already as he approaches behind her, hands settling on her hips as he takes stock of the situation. they're supposed to be attending a delta nu charity dinner - soap's pretty sure he knows what some of those words mean, at least. he's given her complete control of his outfit this evening ( as he often does! ) lest he completely embarrass her in some way he hadn't even considered with his attire alone.

she looks like a fucking dream, like always. some days its all he can do to not stand and stare at her every waking moment. soap's hands skim up the sides of her dress, one stilling against her ribs and one moving upwards to gently shift her hair out of the way of the top of the dress. he presses his lips to the soft skin exposed there and lets them trail across her neck and shoulder, grin smothered against her skin, before he finally relents and takes hold of the zip.
