One of my friends sent me this card beautiful hand made card . And it truly spoke to my heart and my current situation. I had my 4th chemo on Thursday and had so many mini miracles in my day... I have updated some of you already but thought i would still post... I started the day on a good nights sleep which is an amazing gift during this time and then ran into a new friend that I have been praying for, Jackie, and was able to give her a Bible... praying that it will give her hope and comfort and perspective... friends of mine dropped in to see me at the hospital and we were able to pray for and give a Bible to a friend of theirs who has been in the hospital for a while. Please keep Jim in prayer. When my chemo started dripping in after they dripped all my pre-meds which relax the body and allow the chemo to be received better.. I felt a wave of anxiety and fear. I called the nurse over and she stopped the chemo but then I asked her to start it again and just reached out to the most incredibly trusted source I know. I prayed to God and just leaned my head back, closed my eyes and just tried to trust things would work out. I snoozed and napped intermittently and found rest inside and out. So many miracles in the course of a day... sometimes God appears in the little things, the random meetings, the way we run into someone we’ve been praying for... the way only He can put our fears to rest when we are anxious... keep looking for Him... He’s always close and only a prayer away. And He is the true source of true Joy!! Thank you for the beautiful card and reminder Kristyn!!! #miracleseveryday #truejoyfromwithin https://www.instagram.com/p/BvVs1YWF4wh/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=9s5ngadllcpt
