I remember being at my lowest Point , anxiety was at 10000MPH (hurt knee, couldn’t train/compete or work, a lot of dark things that have been hidden and came out to the light) and those who I went to for comfort flat out abondoned me. Got looked like I’m crazy as if Savages shouldn’t have feelings at all and got ridiculed for it even though I went completely silent. During this time I never had enough self love to take a few steps back and realize those people didn’t really care,but to me their emotional well being was always important to me so I always believe it was mutual. It got to a point where I literally was begging for them to even pick up the phone to let some of these thoughts go and instead I got ignored. The pain I got from it was uncomfortable but familiar. Theres people that will only be around for the good times and then there’s those few special individuals you get to suffer with or get to witness you at your lowest and care twice as much about you enough to tell you to get off of your ass stop feeling sorry for yourself and go f*ck sh*t up like they know you could. I’m blessed to have those individuals in my life.
