Yet again, we learn Trump is the Constitution’s worst nightmare. But is he treasonous?
Although I have no legal training, it sure seems treasonous to me.

Reporter Questions for Trump Nominees: KT McFarland, Deputy National Security Advisor
Last week, President-Elect Trump named former White House aide and Fox News commentator KT McFarland to the post of Deputy National Security Advisor.
Based on a review of McFarland’s career and public positions, TWS offers the following six questions for press to pose to the nominee:
You wrote in 2013 that Vladimir Putin “really deserves that Nobel Peace Prize” for facilitating the destruction of Syria’s chemical weapons, yet you have also tweeted that he “seizes countries.” What exactly is your view of Putin’s Russia, and do you agree with the President-Elect’s demonstrably false claim that Putin is an ally in fighting extremists in the Middle East?
You once agreed with then-candidate Trump that “political correctness is getting people killed” because we are “afraid to talk about” the threat of extremism. How will you and the President-Elect fight against extremism by talking about it, and who specifically will you prevent from getting killed?
You previously joked that “in some cases, you could make the argument that if we had to worry about global warming, maybe nuclear winter has some advantages.” Do you take the national security implications of climate change remotely seriously, or do you differ from Pentagon leadership under Presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama in that regard?
There is no evidence that waterboarding or any other form of torture detailed in the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence’s report (which you derided as “completely political”) worked to keep Americans safer or extract more useful information, yet you claimed it did. Why?
Do you still believe that we should withdraw troops from Europe and put them on the southern border?
Can you explain, substantiate, or in any way justify your claim that then-Senator Hillary Clinton “had helicopters flying over [your] house in Southampton…taking pictures” when you sought the Republican nomination to challenge her in 2006?
