Although I Did Not Agree with Removal of Rent Control, We Can Still Come Together to Lower Taxes in Americans' Rents - from Landlord/Landlady Investment Companies' Corporate Tax Cuts to Passive Income Tax Cuts to Earned Income Tax Cuts for All Real Estate Workers' Salaries to More - and Finally Remove the Swimming Pools and Gyms We Do NOT Need in Every Apartments Communities in Florida and USA to Lower Rents! But Mayor Rudy Did Bring Down Crime, and We Must Continue to Turn to Republicans Like Rudy Guiliani and President Donald Trump to Bring Down Violent Crime and Drug Crimes Everywhere!
